Overview: Welcome to Badger Honor Flight - Wisconsin Border Tour

This tour is a MOTORCYCLE ride fundraiser for Badger Honor Flight. It is a nine day adventure ride. The Border Tour consists of stops at the end of each days ride at a preselected VFW or American Legion Post. Food will be available at each evening stop for a small fee which goes directly to that Post. Each Rider is responsible for his or her own lodging at the end of the day. All monies donated go directly to Badger Honor Flight to fly our Veterans to Washington DC for the day and the donation does not cover meals, lodging, or any other related expenses for the riders. Wibordertour.com will have each days route available for Download and that attachment will provide suggestions on where to make reservations for lodging, camping, meals, and fuel.

All checks or money orders need to be made out to Badger Honor Flight and sent to WBT P.O. Box 5219 Madison, WI 53705. A signed waiver form must accompany the payment. All rider skill levels are welcome. We will have meals available for 200 riders at the end of each day for purchase at the evening Post stop or else local restaurants and grocery stores are nearby.

The Group Leaders are all camping at nearby State Parks and or private campgrounds so make your reservations as soon as you can after January 1st 2017 if you wish to camp or get a Hotel. Group leaders have now run the route twice and vetted all destinations. This will be a very nice ride and we will be traveling about 175 miles each day total with a noon leg stretch. You will see areas of the State most people never get to see and enjoy the company of other riders and Veterans as we traverse the border of our entire State in an un-hurried pace. Ride for the day or ride for the week. Explore on your own and meet up with the rest of us at the end of the day at the Rally Point for a meal and catching up.

The ride starts in Madison, WI and ends there 8 days later. Along the way you will see spectacular sights, make new friends, create long lasting memories, and do so knowing your donation is all going to a worthy cause.
